That was a long final assembly day but liking the end result…

With a 6 week rebuild on this Italian Lambretta custom Grand Prix model it was painstakingly slow due to risk of any damage to the metallic paint chosen and hand airbrushed detailing with numerous coats of lacquer to give depth to the bronze flake. 

Final touches to the bodywork rebuild include the Ancillotti race seat, mini sprint rack powder coated to match the black detailing , 80’s style Sundance grips, Yamaha levers and finished off with an original over kickstart Fresco pipe. 

Final engine spec rebuilds including the bullet proof Ts1 225cc kit with some MB tweaking to 240cc and 34mm smart carb.
