“Beach Bums scooter ride“ – Stage 1  

A short day today to get us on the road. Morning coffee at the SSC workshop , then a refuel of all the scoots and with the usual hectic hectic escape from the city we headed to the Binh Khanh ferry and onwards to Can Gio. This is a fantastic ride through the Mangroves plantations, past Monkey island and then onto the Vung Tau ferry by midday. With a 45 minute crossing we checked into the hotel and had a leisurely afternoon sampling some local seafood and catching up with a few of the local scooter guys. Tomorrow’s destination – Mui Ne Beach.
