Can I ship my vintage scooter (or parts) into Vietnam?

Short answer: No.

 

Vietnamese law strictly prohibits the import of second-hand, used vehicles, including vintage or classic scooters, and even used parts. This applies regardless of the scooter’s condition, age, or origin.

Only brand new vehicles and parts (with proper certifications and paperwork) can be legally imported.
