1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of the amount of $950.00usd per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• The balance is payable in two further instalments, with due dates based on your specific tour schedule eg/ Dates to be confirmed. 
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment, a completed personal info booking form and acceptance of current Terms and conditions. 

2. Pricing

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars $USD and are inclusive of the services outlined in the tour package.
• Prices are based on current rates and subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen increases. However, early bookings will secure a fixed rate, as stated in individual tour promotions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel: Deposit or subsequent payments are none refundable. 
• If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a full refund or alternative tour credit will be offered.

• Failure to remit payment within thirty (30) days of the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of this agreement by the client.

4. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, theft, and personal liability. This is the sole responsibility of the participant.  
• Proof of coverage must be provided prior to departure.

5. Health, Safety & Responsibility

• Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the tour.
• Saigon Scooter Centre Tours is not liable for illness, injury, or loss incurred during the trip.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behaviour jeopardizes the group or itinerary.

6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, Vietnam visas or waivers, Valid driving licences , Legally accepted International Drivers Permits IDP’s and meet entry requirements for all destinations.
• We will provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry on behalf of any traveller.

7. Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
• We will always strive to provide suitable alternatives of equal value and experience.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Saigon Scooter Centre Tours acts as an agent for transportation and accommodation providers and is not responsible for acts or omissions by third parties.
• We are not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses that are beyond our control.

9. Images and Promotion

• By joining the tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before departure.
