Distance : Approx 1500km’s

Scooters : Vintage Vespa /Lambretta and auto twist &Go options (if requested) 

*Limited places of 12 riders. 

Level of driving skill : Experienced scooters riders only.

For this ride we start and finish in Saigon (HCM City) 

Day #1 Saigon Pick up scooters from SSC and an easy Saigon day trip to familiarise everybody with their scooters , an intro to Vietnam riding/traffic , and an afternoon bbq

Day #2 Saigon to Vung Tau Beach via Can Gio (Monkey Island visit) 

Day #3 Vung Tau via Can Gio/ Can Giuoc ferry , and QL50 to My Tho Mekong Delta

Day #4 My Tho Floating markets and day tour

Day #5 My Tho to Can Tho

Day #6 Can Tho day trip and river tour

Day #7 Can Tho to Rach Gia and ferry to Phu Quoc Island 

Day #8 Phu Quoc Island – Free day

Day #9 Phu Quoc Island boat trip and bbq

Day #10 Phu Quoc Island – Free day 

Day #11Phu Quoc to Ha Tien / Chau Doc

Day #12 Chau Doc to Vinh Long 

Day #13 Vinh Long to Saigon. Gala Dinner, presentations etc  

Day #14 “Hangover breakfast”  and Return scooters to SSC 

There are no guarantees when doing a road trip here that the agenda will be easier or more difficult than previous years. The driving conditions here at best are challenging. Also daily distances achievable are not to be underestimated. A long 8-9 hour day here is only 200km’s and that’s a long day. Most rides are estimated to be about 150km’s per day, some are less and a couple maybe slightly longer. For most riders this is enough and at the end of the day its primarily a holidays of course. Also with 5-6 hour days the rides are a lot more leisurely, we can take more scenic roads and we have more time for pics and photo stops etc

As usual sometimes we will be off the beaten track and with this April ride also focuses more on some countryside rides, beach R&R as well as some scenic scootering and taking in national parks, floating markets, ancient temples, mangrove forests ,great food , boat trips and stunning beaches.

Price is $2950.00usd / Deposit payment $950.00 and as always is fully inclusive of :

Classic vintage manual Italian Scooter

Twist and go option available on request.

Accommodation – Mid range hotels based on 2 people sharing (When available)

Notes :

A visa is needed for most visitors over a 14 day stay. It is possible to arrange this for pick up on arrival but it’s recommended to arrange in advance. 

You cannot do the daily distance on Vietnamese roads that you can do overseas. 

A 200km day drive is 6/7+ hour drive.
