“The Duck” aka The Paperino prototype 1946
As seen in Scootering magazine – The SSC custom hand crafted 1946 Paperino replica. We have made 2 versions of this legendary prototype scooter over the years with the more appropriately sized small frame model as pictured below being the most accurate to the original. We custom build only 1 of this model every couple of years, due to the amount of time and work involved.
We will be finishing the current fabrication later this week and then sending to paint for a respray to the original colours as can be seen above. Subtle internal upgrades include a Polini 115cc kit and electric start converison. This will be #7 of a total of 10 that we will be making in total , ensuring this little piece of history will be a true collectors piece for another 79 years….
